Jyun Amanuma is on his own for the very first time. His father, who he has lived with previously has transferred overseas for his job and as such Jyun moves into an apartment block as the apartment block manager. One day he witnesses one of his tenants having hot sex, the apartment block manager tells him that this is a Sex Service Apartment block. Every night, all the rooms in the block come alive with lustful action. Jyun quickly moves to take advantage of this situation that he finds himself in. Watch him as his torrid escapades with Sumire, Marina, Miki and more willing girls ensure that Jyun is the man for the job of looking after the Sex Service Apartments.
