A new doctor is coming to the hospital and his mission is to train these trainee nurses so that they really open up to their patients. His lesson plan is strict and he has no tolerance for failure, which is met with the harshest punishments imaginable. The Night Shift Nurses must learn their lessons well if they hope to please their new master....whatever and whenever he wants. The training is intense but the nurses will do their duty to get to the bottom of any ailment and treat their patients properly.
